Media Services and owner Bill Macchio have been clients and associates for many years. I have actually worked for Bill as Art Director and Production Manager on more than one occasion – creating his many magazines, websites and promotional materials – everything from hurricane souvenir books, to real estate & lifestyle magazines to newcomer guides. Many people in town have their own Bill Macchio stories, and I can attest that most are probably true. He is a whirlwind incarnate.

The frantic energy that surrounds him can seem to suck the air out of the room, and some people are put off by his hard sell tactics, and brazen unwillingness to take no for an answer. Few, however, can argue with his success and accomplishments. The man knows publishing and marketing, and I’m pleased to consider him my friend. Under his direction I learned a great deal about magazine design and publishing.
